Are the software products fully modular and lifetime-licensed?

Yes, all available software products are offered as fully modular with maximum performance. Additionally, the licenses provided by the Dental App Iran engineering team are lifetime licenses, unlike non-cracked versions.

Is it possible to test the software before purchasing?

Yes, all available software products can be tested before purchase. This allows you to ensure the software’s performance on your system before making a purchase. The trial period lasts between 3 to 7 days. During this time, there are no limitations on the functionality of the software, only a time-based execution limitation is applied.

What is the cost of software updates?

If you have purchased a previous version of the software from our team, the cost of updating to the new version is much lower than the full price of the new software version.

Are your software products cracked (broken)?

Yes, all our software products are cracked. However, this does not mean they are incomplete in functionality. All the programs provided have been fully tested for performance and functionality, and there is no difference compared to the non-cracked versions.

Is physical presence or sending the computer required for software installation?

No, there is no need for an in-person visit to install the software. All the provided software products can be installed remotely. Software like Anydesk or TeamViewer is used for remote connections. You just need to download the desired software and inform us, and our support team will take care of the installation for you.

What about reinstallation in case of system failure or reinstallation of Windows?

All installed software includes one free reinstallation in case of system failure or Windows reinstallation. For subsequent reinstallations, a small fee will be charged.

How is the support provided?

Our support is available every day of the week, including non-business hours. If the software issue is caused by the user, there will be no charge for the first instance. For subsequent issues, a small fee will be charged based on the nature of the problem.

Is there a discount for purchasing a large number of licenses?

Yes, if you purchase more than one software simultaneously, the second version will be discounted. Additionally, special discounts will be offered for bulk purchases at educational institutions.

Can you make a software available that is not in your archive?

Yes, simply provide us with the name of the software, and our team will try to make it available. Please note that the cost of acquiring software that is not in our current list will be higher than usual.

Is it possible to obtain the original software license?

Yes, if the high cost is not an issue for you, the Dental App Iran engineering team can provide the original dongle or license for your desired software. Please note that the price of the original license is approximately 50 times higher than the cracked version, but the functionality is the same.

What hardware specifications are required?

The hardware specifications will vary depending on the type of program and usage conditions. The free consultation service from the Dental App Iran engineering team will assist you in selecting the appropriate hardware (laptop or desktop) based on your usage conditions and the requested software.

Is using cracked software outside of Iran problematic?

As far as we know and based on our experience, no. Our team currently has many active installations outside of Iran, including Europe, North and South America, Asia, and the Middle East, and over the years, no issues have been reported.
